Is anybody still here visiting my blog?  It's been one year since I posted anything.  Hard to believe I even found my way back here!

Today is my birthday.  Happy Birthday to me.  A lot has happened over the last year and I'm not sure if I'm going to continue blogging or not, but I wanted to jump in here and say hello to anybody that happens to pop in now and then.

One of the members from Boomers made me a beautiful birthday cake and I wanted to share with you, the picture that is ... NOT the cake!  That's all mine!

I hope everybody's enjoying the beginning of summer.  For me, so far so good.

I may be back soon.  I miss sharing my TV show opinions with everybody.

My friends took me out to lunch and I had one glass of wine and I'm pooped!  I must be getting old!

Bananas?  Come on, everybody knows that if you take a banana, you have to take bananas back for everybody!  Right?

Thank you Survivor for a GREAT tribal council.  Don't ya just love a good tribal council!  Did you love Boston Robs face?

The last couple of years our corporate world has gone more casual and I have to admit that after dressing 'corporate' for the last 20 plus years, it's really nice to be dressing down more and more.  I wonder if maybe we're getting carried away? 

Today I had breakfast with a friend and hopped into a cab afterwards to my office.  When we got to the building the driver asked me if this whole building was an office or if it was residential too.  I told him that the entire building was an office building.  He said that he's always seeing people go in and out and the way they were dressed, he assumed it was a residential apartment building too!   I guess that says it all!

Happy New Year everybody!  I hope we all have a wonderful, happy & healthy year ahead of us.

Well, for the 2 or 3 of you that's reading my blog, I met David Canary (Candy Canady) this afternoon.

I'll tell you, his real name should be Candy!  He is the sweetest, really the sweetest guy you'd ever want to meet.  I've met him before, but he doesn't remember me,   or he acted as if he doesn't remember meeting me. 

We talked a bit about his days on Bonanza.  My friend James told him that I owned a Bonanza site and he was really sweet about hearing all about it.  He couldn't believe it and he said that was really nice. So I told him that it was called Bonanza Boomers and he liked that name.  He went on to tell me how kind everybody was to him when he joined the Bonanza cast.  He especially spoke a lot of nice words about Michael Landon.  He said that Mike Landon was taking care of him.  He made sure he got a new Chevy each season he was on Bonanza.  He smiled as he spoke about Mike, it made me feel good.  He really looked as though he was thinking about the past as he was talking to us.  I'm almost ready to change my avatar.

We then talked a bit about All My Children and how the show was moving to the west coast.  He said he's going there for 3 months, Jan/Feb/March.  He's hoping for snow storms here during those months.   Always the kidder.  He was joking around with us.  The guy is just filled with sweetness!

We were standing by the corner talking to him for a while and he did have his lunch in his hands so we wished him luck and thanked him for taking the time to talk to us.  He left saying something about Bonanza Boomers dot com so I started laughing and I'm still smiling.  LOL!!!

Wow, I didn't realize how long it's been since I"ve been here and updated my blog.  I guess it's been since my birthday!  Where has time gone.  Thank you Afton & Pine for my birthday wishes.  Yeah, I had a great time ... over 3 months ago.

I'm a huge Beatle fan and I was recently listening to Paul McCartney singing "This never happened before", which I now can't get out of my head.  It sort of reminds me of an old Beatles song, but I can't think of which one.  It's on the tip of my tongue and driving me crazy!

I started thinking, oh, it sounds so much like the Beatles, he just copied them.  Then I thought ... How silly is that?  All the songs from the Beatles probably came from him".
